The Chairman, the Secretary and members of the Anti-corruption Commission took oath at the Ninth Session of the First PyidaungsuHluttaw on 3^rd March 2014. Afterward, they sought the guidance from the President at the Diplomatic Hall B of the Presidential Palace at 10 am on 7^th March 2014. The President gave his guidance on the Law as follows:

1.       To be accordance with the Constitution and existing Laws and be consistent with International norms to be observed by Myanmar.

2.       Enactment of the Law should ensure law and order, it should be abided by the people in the country, and it will benefit the people.

3.       The Law is to consisted of all three areas: definition, prescription, process to be implemented.
