"Integrity, Ethics, and Anti-Corruption Module Series Handed over in Ceremony"

On December 28,2020, a handover ceremony for the Integrity, Ethics, and Anti-Corruption university module series took place at the Meeting Hall of Office No.41. The event, held at noon 14:00, marked the official transfer of these University Modules to the Ministry of the Union Government Office. Distinguished, individuals in attendance included U Tin Myint, the Deputy Minister of the Union Cabinet Office; U San Win, the Acting Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission; U Myo Myint, a member of the Commission; U Myint Than, the Director General of the General Administration Department; U Htin Kyaw, the Director General of the Anti-Corruption Commission Office; along with the Deputy Permanent Secretary and officials from the Ministry of the Union Government Office.
During the ceremony, U San Win, the Acting Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Commission, emphasized that the handed-over module series encompassed the Integrity module series for Basic Education High School, the Integrity and Ethics university module series, and the Anti-Corruption university module series. These modules were crafted by experts from universities around the world, who took into account real-life scenarios in developed and developing countries. The translation of the module series was both collaborative effort with the Ministry of Education.
U San Win also underscored the significance of the General Administration Department, which operates at the regions/states, districts, townships, and quarters. This administrative mechanism covers the entire country, including the village level, and plays a crucial role in local governance.
