Workshops focusing on corruption prevention are scheduled to take place

    The Anti-Corruption Commission, in collaboration with the Mon State Government and Kayin State Government, with the technical assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), will organize workshops focusing on corruption prevention. The workshop will take place in Mon State, Mawlamyine, at the State Hall on June 24, 2019, focusing on the topic of “Administrative and Economic Responsibility.” Additionally, the workshop with the theme of “Administrative and Business Integrity” will be held on June 25, 2019, at Thiri Hpa-an Hotel, Hpa-an City, in Kayin State. 

  During these workshops, there will be focused discussions involving State Governments, the Anti-Corruption Commission, external experts, representatives from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), local businessmen, and members of civil society organizations.

    Additionally, the workshops will be attended by the Chief Ministers of relevant State Governments, Chairman and Commission members of the Anti-Corruption Commission, State Government Ministers, State Hluttaw representatives, non-governmental organizations, business organizations, social organizations, officials at various levels of the administrative organization, and staff from the Commission Office.
