On February 6, 2024, U Tin Swe Win, Secretary of the ACC, along with the Commission's staff, convened a staff meeting in the collective dining hall of the Anti-Corruption Commission Office at 10:00 am. The meeting was attended by Commission members, Directors General, Deputy Directors General, Directors, Deputy Directors, Officers, and staff from the Commission Office.

In his opening speech, U Tin Swe Win emphasized that the monthly staff meeting is held with the intention of providing a platform for staff to report their concerns and difficulties. He also mentioned that English Language Proficiency Courses are being conducted for the commission's staff to enhance their English proficiency in preparation for hosting the ASEAN-PAC meeting in 2026. Staff members should adhere to the procedures in place to prevent the leakage of classified information, which must be kept confidential. The management of water resources, fire safety, and the health environment in our office and surroundings should be handled with care. It is important for each person to fulfill their national duties successfully and refrain from participating in political party affairs. He stressed that only when government servants perform well will the nation experience development.

Furthermore, the Secretary of the ACC distributed supplies to the staff as part of the 'Parents and Children, Teacher and Pupil Monthly Support' program for the month of August. These supplies were handed over to the Directors General of the Commission Office, Management Department, International Affairs and Prevention Department, and Investigation Department. Following this, U Saw Yan Thein, a staff officer of the Legal Department, conducted a debriefing session on his experience at the seminar titled 'Preventing Financial Fraud Through Mobile Payment Channels,' organized by the Central Bank. The ceremony concluded after the Commission's Secretary delivered his closing speech.
