1. In order to carry out the corruption prevention activities effectively, Corruption Prevention Units (CPU) are established in the Union level Ministries/ Organizations including the Commission. In order to be able to implement the sixth point of the (6) action plans of CPUs, the Public Feedback Programme (PFP) has been using through SMS with the Short Code “1111” to the citizens who received public services at branch offices under the supervision of respective Union Ministries/ Organizations.

2. In doing so, the Commission will implement Public Feedback Program (PFP) in the Union Ministries/Organizations that have a large number of Basic Service Centers in order to facilitate the smooth operations to the lower-level township. The Commission provided practical trainings through the Online Platform with a total of (1,310) employees from (16) Union Ministries/Organizations according to user level at the PFP Web Portal, from January 16 to April 27, 2023.

3. In conducting practical trainings according to user level at the PFP Web Portal, the Commission will continue to be conducted through the Online Platform with the employees of (16) Union Ministries/Organizations from May 4 to June 27, 2023.
