The Anti-Corruption Commission held a Corruption Risk Assessment Workshop titled "Virtual Workshop on CRA" with Corruption Prevention Units (CPUs) from Union Ministries and Organizations on June 9, 2020, through an online platform. The workshop was attended by a total of 90 participants responsible for corruption prevention from 36 CPUs.

        In the speech by the Chairman of the anti-corruption commission, he mentioned that the CPU, with its term of over one year, has shown some noticeable improvements. Corruption Risk Assessment serves as a means to curb corruption in offices and departments while minimizing the adverse effects on government staff. It is an objective task that should be effectively executed. Commissioner Daw Myat Myat Soe presented an initial explanation regarding the Corruption Risk Assessment.

      The workshop was led by the Anti-Corruption Commission with the technical assistance of the United Nations Development Programme and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), and it was scheduled to take place from June 9th to 12th, 2020.
