From November 2, 2015 until 6, a delegation comprises of Daw Myat Myat Soe of the commission member from Myanmar Anti-corruption commission headed, Deputy Director General U Htin Kyaw from the office of Anti-Corruption Commission and U Aung Kyaw Moe a diplomat of Myanmar Embassy (MOSCO) have been attended.

The following (10) resolution have been prod aimed from 177 member’s nation of the convention attended a total of (1000) person from the private section, media and NGO and civil societies and representative the reform in the 6^th session of conference of the state parties to the United Nation Convention against corruption.

-Promoting the use of information and communications technologies of the implementation of the UNCAC

- Prevention of corruption by promoting transparent, accountable, and efficient public service delivery through the application of best practices and technological innovation

- Facilitating international cooperation in asset recovery and the return of proceeds of crime

- Strengthening the implementation of the UNCAC in small island developing States

- Fostering effective asset recovery through domestic action and international cooperation

- Enhancing the use of civil and administrative proceedings against corruption, including through international cooperation in the framework of the UNCAC

- Follow-up to the Marrakech declaration on the prevention of corruption

- Continuation of the review of implementation of the UNCAC

- St. Petersburg statement on promoting public-private partnership in prevention of and fight against corruption

- Education and training for professionals on   anti-corruption

In the process of attendance at the meeting

            Daw Myat Myat So, member of Anti-Corruption Commission headed Myanmar delegation and attended the conference and the outcome there form is that the opportunity has been obtained to submit the attachment of great importance of the head of the state through the national planning on anti-corruption of our country initially to the other convention member states, Myanmar has been complying with review and process and implementation of convention as per other convention states parties-and our initial assessment can be accomplished in timely manner and then the benefit of the opportunity of prior preparation on the study and note of the matter to be learned for the second round performing and commencing in 2016.

            The assessment of Myanmar has been sent to UNODC in the mid July of 2015 and at present, it is in the position of counting on feedback from Thailand and Burundi to be reviewed on Myanmar. It has been able to urge to the leaders of the delegations of Thailand and Burundi via responsible persons of the secretaries of UNODC.

            Also, Myanmar delegation has frankly and friendly discussed with Mr. Francesco Checchi, new advisor to south East Asia and Pacific of UNODC during the period of conference for the cooperation and coordination matter necessary as he has grated Myanmar delegation, Necessary cooperation and coordination of technical assistance in the UNODC network plays a leading role for the regional advisor and thus effective result has been achieved from the frank meeting and discussion like so.
