In 2018, the Anti-Corruption Commission collaborated with civil society organizations to organize a symposium titled “Promote Integrity to Counter Corruption” as part of the anti-corruption work plan. The symposium is scheduled to take place on January 22nd and 23rd at PARKROYAL Hotel in Yangon.

     During the symposium, economists U Myint and Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet will initiate the event by providing clarifications and engaging in discussions on the designated topic. Subsequently, retired Member of the National Constitutional Court U Mya Thein and economist U Khin Maung Nyo (Economics) will take the lead in facilitating further discussions on the research papers. Additionally, representatives from civil society organizations and NGOs will participate in group sessions where they will present and deliberate on research papers.
