          An academic workshop was organized in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption Commission and the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). The workshop took place at 9:30 a.m. at Hotel Thingaha in Nay Pyi Taw. The opening remarks were delivered by U Aung Kyi, Chairman of the Commission, and Mr. Troels Vester, Country Manager of UNODC.

       The workshop aimed to achieve several objectives, including drafting the Anti-Corruption Strategy, developing an Action Plan, establishing the Corruption Prevention Department, exploring international anti-corruption measures, enhancing anti-corruption regulations and laws, and devising suitable prevention methods for the country.

A total of 34 individuals, including Commissioners and officials from the Commission's office, attended the workshop.
